- Is an expert multi-tasker able to balance urgency and thoroughness;
- Is a true “people person” who loves talking to investors, learning about people, and working with people—all day every day;
- Regularly meets with and builds relationships with investors to effectively advise on real estate goals
- Is diligent and enthusiastic when it comes to finding and pursuing prospective Investors;

- Learns and understands how we measure investor success and works to consistently meet, exceed and report on goals in weekly updates to the team;
