Our journey hasn’t been easy, Heaton Dainard’s success can be attributed to many bumps along the road.  Through each setback, we have learned valuable lessons that play a direct role in helping our clients find success through our opportunities.

James and Will have built Heaton Dainard to service our clients, but our success has come with great personal risk.  In 2008 the duo was finding a lot of success at a competing brokerage. James was bringing in multiple deals per month, and Will had been offerred a position in management during a time when the market was showing signs of instability. Will turned down his promotion offer, and James walked away from a stable paycheck to start their own business venture. Days after walking away from comfortable futures, the market crashed. Will and James were thrown into an unstable market, literally walking into a new business model that people with decades of experience in the industry were quickkly running away from. They dug in their heels, and got to work. Will and James began buying homes that needed minimal work,  quickly update them with nicer additions than the competiton, and put the houses on the market as quickly as possible. Despite the market issues, their houses started selling. After one year in business, they sold 10 homes, then it jumped to 20 homes, in three years Heaton Dainard was showing measureable sings of growth.  Within five years, Heaton Dainard was in full swing and forging a profitable path from hostile market conditions into the dawn of a new era in real estate.

Today Will and James help clients invest in hundreds of homes per year. After 10 years in the business, James and Will have encountered contractors walking off of the job,  break-ins, floods, sinking foundations and unstable markets. After thousands of properties, they have seen it all and weathered every storm. Will and James intimately understand the hardships and stress in real estate investing, but they have also helped clients experience the financial benefits and freedom of building wealth through real estate. They are passionate about helping clients achieve thier goals and using their own hard-learned lessons to ensure the success of Heaton Dainard clients.
