I never get too emotionally involved in any deal; it’s business. You can’t take anything too personally, so there’s really never been one that hurt or has stung me specifically. In a rising and appreciating market when I look at properties that maybe I was looking at buying and didn’t buy and I see where prices ended up, that hurts. But nobody has a crystal ball to know what was going to happen.
