We will need you to send us your updated contact information, your name as you would like it to appear, and any additional denotations (MBA, etc.) We will send you the initial design for your business cards. Once you have received your design, you are responsible for ordering them on Moo.com at https://www.moo.com/us/. Below is the format and style of business cards that our brokers order.

Flyers & Ordering

We will email you a basic template for a listing flyer. The template is a Microsoft Publisher file. If you would like us to complete flyers for you using the basic template, there will be a $50 charge. Custom flyers can be made for you, and custom flyers for specific property listings can be made for you on request. For custom collateral, we use Adobe Creative Cloud products. Custom flyers using Adobe CC tools will be a $200 charge per design. Examples of the basic template and custom flyers are below.

Client Development

Heaton Dainard’s Internal Team can provide you and your clients with more deal flow. We have five internal brokers that specialize in handling internal deal flow to our clients and other Heaton Dainard brokers. Transaction Coordination

Your role as a broker is to establish relationships with clients and close deals. Heaton Dainard’s goal for its brokers is for them to close as many deals as they have time for. As an additional resource to help the brokers accomplish that goal, Heaton Dainard can provide transaction coordination to brokers who need added assistance.

If you are interested in assistance with escrow and the closing process, paperwork processing, or simply having a liaison between the parties involved in the deal, do not hesitate to reach out to us for more information on transaction coordination.

Intrust Funding

If you have investment clients who are in search of funding for their projects, we have a preferred hard money lender in Intrust Funding. Intrust Funding specializes in funding investment properties specifically in Washington state. Unlike most hard money lenders, Intrust covers closing costs, renovation expenses, and they can manage cash out refinance options. Their loan terms typically sit between 5 and 12 months, funding occurs in 48 hours.

NW Foreclosure Group

Located in the Heaton Dainard office and powered by Intrust Funding LLC, NW Foreclosure Group guides investors to distressed real estate opportunities in the foreclosure auction arena. They track foreclosure opportunities in all of the Western Washington counties. Compiling data, drive notes, photos, and fair market values all on their own secure website, NW Foreclosure Group streamlines a normally daunting process.

Agent Opportunities

NW Foreclosure Group partners with Heaton Dainard agents on a weekly basis to bring additional investment opportunities to HD agent’s. NW Foreclosure Group offers generous commission referrals as well as full service, pre and post auction. Meetings are every Thursday evening at the Heaton Dainard office to go over properties being offered for sale that week.

Our passion for investing drives our business. As investors ourselves, we know what your clients want, and we can help make it happen. We are completely dedicated to helping your clients learn as much as possible so they can find success in their investing goals. That’s why we offer a free class that walks you through real deals on which we have advised. We will help your clients become great investors by coaching them through the process. Let our experience be their guide. We do ask that you accompany your clients to the class.

Learning is an interactive process, and we believe in that premise whole-heartedly. During our Investor 101 classes, taught by James Dainard himself, we provide real life examples of investment strategies employed. Our brokers are available afterwards for questions. We cover how to invest in flips and cash flow properties in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties, and we also cover the basics of how to invest in flips and cash flow properties.
