We fell in love with this 1930’s Tudor style home in Mt. Baker. With a little TLC, the investors maintained the classic style with a tasteful contemporary twist. Now, this quaint family home has all the vintage charm you want with the modern luxury you need. We’ll take you through the process how our investors took this hidden gem from drab to fab to almost double the value of this home!
STEP ONE: CHECK OUT THE PROPERTY
Once sales are final, investors take a careful look to decide what aspects they want to keep or change. Mold, outdated light fixtures, and some seriously retro paint colors were just the start for this property!
STEP TWO: TEAR IT DOWN
Demo day! Investors chose to go down to the bare bones for a top to bottom makeover, allowing for more customization later in the process.
STEP THREE: REBUILD
The next stage of construction involved upgrades on all the important stuff, from electrical and plumbing to insulation and drywall (just to name a few). This stage is all about the details and getting ready for those important cosmetic touches.
