Demo day! Investors chose to go down to the bare bones for a top to bottom makeover, allowing for more customization later in the process.

The next stage of construction involved upgrades on all the important stuff, from electrical and plumbing to insulation and drywall (just to name a few). This stage is all about the details and getting ready for those important cosmetic touches.
